"Visiting Bath for a rugby match meant the hotel was in a great location. Easy walking distance to the Rex. Easy walking distance to all the bars shops and restaurants. Lovely welcome from staff in reception, friendly bar staff - delicious food and food menu in the evening although some choices were not available at 8pm on a Saturday night despite there being only 3 tables filled. Great breakfast buffet. Only complaint for the weekend was reporting the toilet flush/ cistern not working properly...

"This property is not a 5 star hotel so ignore the bad reviews, it’s a budget b&b that has some free parking, amazing value for money, fantastic location on sea front, my young family enjoyed a day out at the beach and night out on the front, I could enjoy a drink or three and not worry about driving back to Bristol, room was clean and tidy, beds comfortable, slept well, what a find we will be back very soon."
