"Property was always clean, they cleaned the room twice a day and the mini fridge was always stocked. Food was great. Lots of options. Entertainment staff were fun and engaging. Transportation to and from the resort was easy with Lomas. Did wish they did the on site xenote tours more than twice a week because we were unable to attend due to trip arrival and departures. "

"We had the 3 bedroom penthouse, 3 flights of stairs, 3rd flight is the rooftop patio that has an excellent view of Cozumel and the beach.. 5th avenue is right outside the property which makes it so much better when looking for food, drinks or just a nice stroll on the town.. seems like they only turn on the fountains for the pool on weekend which helped water get colder. Water was warm in pool Monday-Thursday. Overall I really enjoyed our stay here. Staff and cleaning lady were great! "

"I loved our stay at Mareazul Beach Resort. Wish i was still there. The apartment was extremely clean and pretty. The property was also super clean and gorgeous. A beautiful pool that slans lenth of property and ending with a private beach entrance. Property had a little store and 2 restaurants with delicious food. Hope to return!"

"Riu Palace is a most welcoming hotel. Although it is relatively large with many amenities, the atmosphere is warm & friendly. All staff are kind & accommodating. The food is fresh, abundant & delicious. The beach is expansive; the pools are sparkling. Staff work quietly & diligently to ensure a high level of cleanliness in rooms and over the whole site. Everyone who works at Riu Palace seem happy to be there, and this makes for a happy place to be. Highly recommend Riu Palace. "

"The food, staff and overall experience was excellent. The hotel is very family oriented and our kids enjoyed the waterpark, pools and kids club. We found the rooms could use a bit of updating and some hallway noise was audible in our room. We found the pool lounger saving by the other guests annoying and wished that rule was enforced. However, these were minor issues and our stay was excellent overall."
