"Good location close to the centre and to Orchard. Hotel is basic but has everything that one needs. Personnel are very friendly. On my checkout day, my flight was very late. Leo at the reception offered me a clean room to change and take a shower free of charge. "

"Great hotel, very convenient as right next to MRT. Room size was great and clean and the pool area was lovely. I don’t rate the food quality or value for money at JEN food to go cafe. The corridors need some attention as the carpets are bumpy and a trip hazard for my 3 year old, and need some cleaning"

Special service and smiles from the "Level 65" food and service crew - standouts Roderick, Cheary, Candy, Sherry, and Rhea.
