"We loved the location of this hotel. It was easy and convenient to talk everywhere, especially the main tourists attractions. The hotel is old but has been renovated. The only downside is the room itself. Shower is tiny, electric plugs are there but in strange locations so its difficult to use them. (Ex. Had to use their own hair dryer in the dark hallway by the door, just awkward. The plug in the bathroom was not the same) Lightning inside is dark so it was really difficult to get ready and do...

"What a fab hotel. Never stayed on the South bank before and can honestly say this hotel was in a good location. Very modern and clean. Rooms were very nice. Access right onto the riverside. Close to St Paul’s. Staff friendly. Would stay again. "

"Lovely new hotel, nice bar, great breakfast and friendly staff at a good price for central London. Spotlessly clean with everything you might need available in your room. Quite and peaceful and check in and out was super quick and easy. Beware the toilet and shower were basically frosted glass boxes inside the room in some rooms and you can see the person you’re sharing with on the toilet a few feet from the bed - fine for a couple but maybe a bit uncomfortable if sharing with a friend! "

"St. David hotel is very quaint, offering a very quality experience at a good price. It's a 2min walk to Paddington Station and I also found it easy to catch a black cab at the Hilton next to the station. Very quiet and safe area. I will always choose this over paying more to stay in the chaos of central London. St. David is not a good place for families and young children. Perfect for solo travelers, travelers with a friend (two twin beds were perfect for us) and for couples. "

"The property is located in a very central area within walking distance of many attractions. However, the room itself is small and the balcony not much use without any outdoor furniture. Overall, the cost is more affordable than other hotels, and would recommend if this is an important factor. "
