"It wasn’t a good experience. One of the front guest was very rude to start with, room didn’t have complimentary water bottles, no free breakfast, TV wasn’t working even after several calls, no lift, had to pay for AC room at the front desk ( thought that I booked a room with AC), no parking, the towels weren’t fresh and dogs were barking all thru the night and we couldn’t sleep. The list goes on. In the same trip, I stayed in Delhi and Agra and rooms were very good for the same price… "

The problem was with maintenance issues. When I checked into the room I found that the toilet was constantly running. I called maintenance and he said that it was fine. Later it did not even flush. The maintenance was called again and I waited for sometime till they fixed the issue. It was fine till the last...

"What a magical place! The room was incredible. I felt like a princess here! Little gardens, fountains, secret spots to explore with in the property. Great breakfast, evening entertainment with Rajasthani music and dancing. Lovely pool with the most beautiful paintings on the wall along side. The staff are so friendly and lovely. Such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel."

"We stayed for just 1 night but it was made extremely comfortable and memorable by the great service we received from HR Palace! Travelling along with my senior citizen mom and my very young son during the cold December month, we had special needs in both rooms we had booked.
