"This was my first stay in Monopoli. I have no complaints. Palazzo Indelli is gorgeous, the food amazing, the service insuperable. Marilenia, (sorry if I’m writing your name incorrectly), was so sweet and amazing as well as the two gentlemen who also took care of us in concierge. All of them were so polite, professional and helpful. The two ladies at breakfast were so sweet! I am looking forward to visit Palazzo Indelli next summer with the rest of the family. If you need a taxi, please tell concierge to call Sergio, best driver! Speaks great English and is so polite and professional. Monopoli is a quaint little town with cobblestone streets, beautiful and sweet people. One train stop from Palignano a Mare. Another beautiful And small town. "Very nice hotel. Great customer service. The hotel is conveniently located close to the old town I explored during the day and next to a couple of theaters one can watch shows on the evening. The breakfast was very good, a bit on a fance side for an American tourist. I think I will stay there again."
