"This hotel was incredible! The decor is gorgeous and it literally has everything you could ever want. The beach is quaint and property is more secluded than most other hotels which we liked. Only drawback was being about a 10 minute ride from the main town but they have an hourly shuttle you can take or a quick taxi. Their food/restaurants were great and the complimentary breakfast was an added bonus. While the resort was busy it did not feel crowded and there were always plenty of beach/pool chairs. The staff was beyond accommodating and friendly. My husband and I will definitely come back!"

"Pros: Beautiful grounds and wonderful staff. Beachfront rooms in buildings 1 and 2 are phenomenal. Great close access to reef right off the beach. Great food we thought. Also we drank tap water with no problems. Happy hour two-for-one is the best deal of the day. Cons: Free Continental breakfast is okay but continental does not include eggs, bacon, pancakes, or waffles, things you would expect in the States. Our room was phenomenal but a building smoke alarm went off four of the seven nights we were there for about a minute and then stopped on its own. We felt like the hotel could have offered a shuttle to the downtown area in Grace Bay to do shopping or restaurants etc, but nothing was offered for that, and taxis are pretty expensive. We did not rent a car, we might next time. "

"Every single employee was friendly. I’ve never been to a place where the entire staff smiled throughout our stay. It is an incredibly well managed property. Everything is always in its place and all day-to-day activities are well coordinated. The resort restaurants were outstanding. The daily breakfast was outstanding (e.g., fresh squeezed OJ, omelette station). The beach is everything you dream about in the Caribbean. The pool area was inviting and calm. Off-site activities were well managed. Very upscale experience delivered in a low-key and friendly style."

"Had a great time at the RWI. Nice quiet place. My daughter was critical and wished they had better soap/shampoo/conditioner though. It took all the fun out of getting extra soaps and bringing them home though. I'd highly recommend RWI. We really like the free lounger and umbrella on the beach. A lot of resorts sock it to you by charging a ton of money for beach necessities but here at RWI they were free. Great job RWI. Fifi at the restaurant was a great surver. "

"Our stay at Zenza was dreamy. The hotel is away from the bustle of the strip of resorts, but it is only a short walk to a magnificent stretch of beach. Turtle Cove is a lovely little area and there are several good restaurants there, so you never have to stray from the hotel if you're fine with just soaking in the splendor of the immediate area. For a romantic getaway, it was perfect."
