"Everything was great but the rooms are not sound proof and the room next to us was incredibly loud. Obviously not the hotels fault but do wish the walls were thicker so we wouldn’t hear every single conversation they had at 12:00am. "

"Staff and hotel were very accommodating. My issue with the amenities is with Orbitz/Expedia not updating their own website. No shuttle. No pool. Owner said they informed you. This was particularly disappointing b/c my wife was in a foreign country, arrived first, and had to ride with a stranger which is why I chose a hotel that had a shuttle. "

"The room was huge and the check in was very fast. The owner was very kind and spoke fluent English. She advised on places to visit and things to do. She’s very sweet. The only downsides are they don’t have drinking water faucet or filter. So you end up consuming so many plastic bottles abs that’s not good for the planet. Also they charge 5% if you were to use your card to pay. "

"We loved our stay at the Mandarava. We had a free room upgrade on arrival- Coral grand deluxe room which was beautiful looking out onto the coconut pool. The resort its self was beautiful, very clean, several pools so they were never too busy. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and was very tasty- the drinks were very good! They allowed me to take some food back for my partner who was not feeling well one day. The gym is well equipped for a hotel with dumbbells and machines. The only negative would be the price of drinks and for dinners/lunches at the hotel are extortionate compared to if you go into town so we tended to go into town for food and drink."

"Check in was a nightmare my room was not ready I waited over 2 hours and I was given a room I didn’t choose. My room didn’t have towels it took them 2 hours to bring any. I would call the lobby 2-3 times no answer I wouldn’t stay here again "
