The Dum Pukht and Bukhara restaurants, in particular, are absolute must-tries for anyone who appreciates fine cuisine. Everything from the meats to the desserts was top quality and clearly prepared with care and skill. Even the small touches made a big difference—like the taxis arranged by the hotel offering complimentary bottled water, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.
