"Hotel itself was very nice. Problem at check-in when we had no reservation. For some reason, there was lack of communication between the hotel and Hotels.com. I have used Hotels.com for many years; never had an issue. Anyway, the local hotel reserved us a nice king suite, both staff and us called Hotels.com and solved the payment issue. It all turned out OK."

"Unfortunately, there is a hundred and fifty dollar deposit that is refundable, but not written anywhere on expedia. My room was only ninety dollars and they wanted a hundred and fifty dollar deposit. Thank GodThe front deskWoman only made me come up with fifty dollars, but I wasn't expecting that. "
