"Very friendly welcome on arrival and this was consistent with all staff throughout our stay. The room was phenomenal and breakfast outstanding. The evening meal on the first night was so good we went back for the following evening. I would not hesitate to recommend; a fantastic hotel and wonderful staff. Thank you."

It looked nothing like the photos advertised, it was very basic and lacked the charm or luxury I was expecting based on the images. Additionally, the design of the hotel is not practical for travelers with luggage. There are stairs in the hallway, which made carrying my suitcase incredibly inconvenient. "As a long time user of this hotel they should start to look into making the bar and restaurant area more attractive and up-to-date, it is somehow sad stepping into the bar and the restaurant. The staff should also undergo a repeat training of smiling and being courteous. The reception staff were great"

"This hotel was directly outside the Central station and located centrally to access the rest of Oslo. Just brilliant. The facilities were great, power shower was included and a wonderful buffet breakfast."
