"The bed was really comfy, with a good duvet. I slept so well. The women were cleaning the stairs and moping the floors constantly. But my room had issues. The bedroom door handle was practically falling off. The safe door fell off when I open it. I reported it, as I didn't want to get billed for breaking it. "A wonderful run family hotel. Spotlessly clean. Very friendly. Jacuzzi in the room. Good breakfast with all you can eat. Would definately stay there again if I returned to Ohrid. Checkout was 10am, but for some reason I thought it was 11am. I was taking my time and could see everyone leaving. I pointed I thought it was 11am. No problem they said. I checked out about 10.25am. Super place. Comfy bed too. Piping hot water."

"Great spot, friendly staff, parking is outside of the Old town, so you do have to walk a little from the car. Breakfast was great, with the local food spread. Service was great, not 24/7. "Although parking was advertised as onsite, due to recent construction you can not actually drive up to the hotel, but are directed to park in a nearby parking garage which is a 7 minute walk away (with luggage). And then you must pay for your parking yourself, although in the end it only came to 1100 MKD for 2 nights. The front desk staff were friendly, cheerful & helpful. A special shout out to our fellow Canadian, who recently move to Skopje to rediscover her family roots, Elena!"

"The room was filthy. We are a family and travel frequently and I would never recommend a family stay here. The room was filthy and covered with spiders. We even killed a scorpion in our bed. Our children were scared all the time because of the spiders everywhere. The bathrooms were covered in water and we had to wear shoes to go to the bathroom. The smell from the bathroom was very poor and strong. I am sure this hotel was nice at one point, but it is in need of serious cleaning and attention."
