"A gem of a cottage which had been restored to a really high standard. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, log burner with plenty of wood and loved all the decor/pictures throughout. A welcome basket with local goodies was also a nice touch. We loved the folder full of the history on the property and all the pictures of the other houses/buildings in the village which we went to find on our walks with our dog. Would highly recommend. "

"Overall a good stay. Needs a bit of TLC to the paintwork. Bathroom is quite small but adequate, & bedroom space was small ie bed against the wall. Stayed in deluxe studio apartment it was nice to sit on chairs instead of bed to watch tv. Nice kitchen area if you want to cook something simple. Bed was comfortable & extra pillows if wanted in wardrobe. Great communication & easy mobile entry via email "

"The setting was beautiful as was the lodge for the most part, only complaints are the pull out bed in the living room and would of been nice if the hosts warmed the cabin up before arrival"

After numerous attempts to find out how to get access to the property (phone calls/voicemail/messages/what's app) I had to check my family (Me, my Wife my 4 year old and 6 year old) into a hotel at 8pm. When I finally got a response to my messages my children were asleep in the hotel room. The person who contacted me still failed to provide any method of me accessing the property.
