"Excellent staff. Everyone very friendly and helpful. There was a very kind lady on the front desk whose name I don't have and also Storm who was very helpful and kind also. The breakfast was epic and the character met was fun. There was lots of little details in the room. Comfy bed. Easy access to the park and early access. Jim was decent and available 24 hours a day. train Station was around a 15 minute walk and there was many shops and restaurants around the hotel location. Would highly recommend this property."
