"Great resort Safe Lots to do"

"Hotel staff at the desk or around cleaning were very friendly and the rooms and lobby were clean. The restaurant staff are not as friendly or interactive with guests. We found this to be the norm of most of Paradise Island, very little emotion, communication or smiles for travellers. Just a job to do -restaurant staff just tolerate travellers and will not care about soy or gluten allergy substitutions for meals. The resort was great, wish good service staff were friendlier."

"Overall wasn’t bad for the price. Surrounding area is extremely busy. 5 cruise ships a day coming in. Downtown was a bit rough but felt safe enough. "

"We went to Sandyport during spring break week and worried about crowded beaches but it was amazing! A shallow lagoon beach and private ocean beach, both lovely and not crowded at all! Each spot had chairs, umbrellas and hammocks and some easy food options. In the evening we could walk around the adjacent marina village and get yummy casual meals. A very easy and relaxing trip!"

"We didn't really need to leave the resort, plenty of food and entertainment options. It was busy so reservations at the restaurants and pools/cabanas is a must. We will be back."

"While your staff was incredibly nice, the service was not what may be expected from a hotel of this caliber. We had countless issues with in-room dining and house keeping services. Your staff wasn’t rude but the service was not exactly good either. We often had cold meals, long waiting times, missing items, days without house keeping services etc all while we kept calling the guest experiences line… I’ve stayed in rosewoods and four seasons all over the world and had expected better from...
