"Best place i stayed in India. Staff were excellent, professional but not over attentive, nothing was too much trouble but they didn't keep interrupting and asking if all was ok every 2 minutes. It was personal service, they didn't keep sending messages to ask for reviews every two minutes, the room had actual light switches instead of having to control all through a tablet. I am definitely going back next trip. Loved it!"

"Amazing! It was a great way to be welcomed when arriving to Delhi. The graciously picked me up from the airport in the middle of the night. The whole staff was amazing. The coffee and masala chai was lovely, food is delicious breakfast and dinner. They were super helpful in giving me 6directions (metro) is really close so that is a HUGE plus. "Had difficulty talking to staff. The water heater doesn’t work. Not even water bottle was provided. Breakfast was part of amenities, but wasn’t provided. When asked about the breakfast, we got a response stating Expedia didn’t give us enough money to serve you breakfast. I am not sure how Expedia has this hotel as a listing. Will never visit this place and will not suggest anyone. "

"The service was great. We really enjoyed the breakfast, there were a lot of options. Our room was cleaned daily by Jatendra who was friendly and ensured we had everything for a comfortable stay, We had drinks and snacks at the horizon lounge and Anjali really provided outstanding service. "
