"I thought the staff was excellent. I had to stay in the center of town for business but it is a loud part of the city and guests came in at all hours. You could hear them in the middle of the night as the walls are thin. Having said that, it did seem to be the best hotel in the city. The staff allowed us to leave our things early and were always courteous, which was greatly appreciated. The first rooms we were given were really small and it felt almost claustrophobic. "We stayed here in early 2023 and enjoyed the hotel. So it made sense to stay once again in February 2024. However we were disappointed. The toilet seat was not attached to the toilet. There was a used bar of soap on the floor of the shower and its wrapper on the floor of the bathroom from previous guests. Finally, the shower drain was clogged which meant we needed to stop showering to keep the water from overflowing the shower basin."

"Ok stay, the bellboy that greeted us was very friendly and helpful he was also in the restaurant later and was very cheerful. Cafe on site was friendly and food in restaurant was okay for a night stop not much else nearby. Parking was off site but secure. Breakfast was a little grim with no options offered and waiter not very friendly."
