"We arrived at the time the email said we could check in and we could not get in. The sign on the door said it did not open for several more hours. No one was around. We were unable to reach a person by phone. The hotel was literally underneath the soccer arena and not convenient to the city center. We bailed and stayed at another hotel."

"We had a very nice stay here. It was very cozy and comfortable. If people are sensitive to noise, this might not be the best because it was close to a busy street. However, it wasn’t a problem for us. It’s centrally located with shopping close by. Our host was very helpful which we really appreciated. She gave us some useful tips."

"The family cabine we recieved was really dirty and unsanitary. The toilet seat had hair and per stains all over it and the shower door was full of hair. The second floor thats supposed to fit two people to sleep has barely place to fit the two beds and it’s impossible to stand there, theres literally no place for half the body to fit in the so called room. The warm water in the shower lasts for a 10 minutes shower, after that it’s freezing cold water. Whoever wanna shower has to wait one hour...

"There was lots of dirty in cabinets. We told that there will be 3 person's, beds and towels was only for 2. There was not a double bed. All beds were single beds and then the sofa. Water was smelling so iron, not hot water."
