"Great 2 night stay in Grand Hotel. The hotel is a Grand experience from rooms, sitting areas, bar, and quiet hotel in great area - minutes from everything. The main square and shops/restaurants is right down the street. So glad we booked after doing a lot of research. Thank you for making our anniversary trip memorable. We hope to be back! "

"Staff was clear and helpful. Gave good guidance to visiting Bruges. Access was easy to find following the GPS. Room was spacious and clean. It was also quiet although the hotel was pretty full. Bed was comfortable. No frills but still really well done. "

"The hotel was immaculate and the staff helpful. Only criticism I can find was the lack of storage space in our family room. No coat hooks and nowhere to place clothes. Had to leave them all in the suitcase until ready for use. "

Breakfast had a good variety of food on offer and the atmosphere in the dining room was very peaceful. The hotel is very close to the main square making it an ideal location from which to discover Bruges. Our stay felt peaceful and luxurious. Would definitely recommend! "
