"Very beautiful hotel and wonderful location but the service is not good "

"The property, the location and the staff made this stay spectacular. I was welcomed with a 20 minute delayed check in which was not something you expect after paying over $1K USD. There were other minor issues which you would think would be non existent at a 5 star hotel but I had to deal with, thats not good! The views of the Saiq valley are breathtaking, SubhanAllah. "

"This is without doubt one of the best hotels we've ever been to. Large, spacious, stylish rooms with all the amenities. Grounds that extend for miles with fabulous canyon views. The pool area is fantastic. A great range of included on-site activities - we had a great time at Sujith's mocktail masterclass, and the female guide who led the stargazing and geology walk (unfortunately I didn't catch her name) was so good. "We had an amazing time staying at The View. The property certainly lives up to its name, we loved watching the sun Rise and set as book ends to our adventures in the area whilst using the property as an extremely comfortable base camp! Hospitality was first rate with all staff being very helpful and working to ensure we had a great time. "
