"The staff in the hotel were outstanding. Especially Mira at the front desk. I had a few issues with my booking and could not get them solved but Mira got it done with a gracious smile and manner. There were a few things in my room that were substandard; the fridge did not work properly, the office chair was soiled and smelly, the tv was not working properly and the WIFI was really slow. however, any concerns I had were immediately corrected by very friendly hotel staff. "Good hotel, location is great, just a short walk to Dubai mall. Worked perfectly for our hop on hop off tour. We booked the 3 bedroom room, it’s massive. Says it sleeps 8 but really only sleeps 6. Overall this is a good location and a good hotel. It’s a bit run down but for a central location with a big room it was great value. "
