"Some elements of the stay were excellent the service use of transport and the aspect of the horel. The rooms are specious but dated and the lighting is poor in the corridors and bedrooms. Food was Ok but we did not eat in the restaurant as the themed buffet, though extensive was expensive and too much. It was not well frequented so they need to rethink. "This was my first stay in a palace and it was fantastic. My room was palatial and very nicely decorated. What can you say about 20 foot ceilings…bed and bedding was super comfortable and the bathroom was very beautiful and perfectly functional. Shower was great. The circular stairs kept me physically active. 2 great sofas and only one of me. The staff was professional and kind, and Sara was ready to assist with any question or need. It was a nice comfortable luxurious stay in a fantastic palace...

"An older hotel. Relatively clean room. Tried some upgrading. The bathroom has been ungraded, but definitely on a budget as with the other renovation. Has an old musty hotel feeling. Okay for budget hotel if you can get it a low enough price"

"Ejeren ligger ikke de rigtigt billeder op af lejligheden, samt det sted de viser på kortet er ikke det samme sted som lejligheden ligger. Der er ingen tryk på vandet, så det er helt umuligt og lave maden i lejligheden. Der er ingen balkon, det er en lille knap man kan stå på. Prisen er alt for høj i forhold til lejligheden. Man skal også være opmærksom på, at man skal betale for strøm, det stå ingen steder."
