Unfortunately, we had two very had nights sleep, but this was due to four adjacent rooms being shared by a large familywho had no respect for other guests and allowed their children race screaming along the corridor unitl after midnight whilst the adults had a party slamming doors with loud conversations in the corridor. "Beautifully maintained and very comfortable. Not many shops and eateries around so less convenient if you need a late night snack or early breakfast - unless you eat in the hotel. Walking to the nearest mall takes about 15 mins depending on pace. "

"The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Staff were lovely. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby but the roads are busy so crossing them can be a challenge. You can walk to many of the historic sights."

"I had an excellent stay in this hotel overall. However, one notable downside was the lack of air conditioning in the lift lobby. This made it uncomfortable, especially during hotter parts of the day. Additionally, the waiting time for the lifts was longer than expected, which became a bit frustrating during peak hours. "

"The property is linked to the One Utama Shopping mall which have heaps of dinning option. Although the property room are a bit aged and old. Showers temperature was hard to be adjusted...either too hot or too cold and water pressure wasn't good. Overall service was good. "
