"Don’t bother looking to stay anywhere else than the Hotel Central when visiting Luzern; it’s conveniently situated a short walk from both the station and Old Town. The staff were all delightful and went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay, nothing was too much trouble. The generous and delicious breakfasts were a great start to the day and it was great to be able to enjoy complimentary (good) coffee at any time. "The location was great. Near the train station. The place is clean and staff were helpful. The issue I have is the Wifi and the smell of smoke as you enter the lobby and thus go to the hallway. Fortunately it doesn’t go through the room"

"That was one of the best hotel accommodation we ever had before. They upgraded up to honeymoon room and it had hands down the best view over the Lucern! The rooms were large and clean. We even ended up to buy breakfast there because it was decent for the money they charge."
