"Staff were all very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was excellent in terms of choice and quality. Champagne Bar cosy. Room was a delux double but on 3rd floor so in the eaves. Dimly lit one small window, lack of plug sockets and mirror in the main room. TV signal poor. Housekeeping was good, fresh towels daily, nice touch of fresh milk in the fridge however, we had to request water to be replaced and the biscuits were not replaced after arrival not that we were desperate but would of been...

"This was a beautiful property.We stayed in a 3 bedroom cottage very spacious, beautiful decor and had outside space in the form of small garden with table and chairs.The only small detail that the property could perhaps consider would be considering a raised toilet seat for disabled guests.The toilets were very low and difficult to get up from if any mobility issues or older guests.The toilet down stairs had lots of space for wheelchair users but the toilet was still very low.Other than this...

"Lovely stay at the Royal Hotel. Staff were very friendly, room was fine, beds not the most comfortable, maybe a little too warm. Location a short walk from center of town. Breakfast selection was very good, as it was out of season it was not a buffet, but cooked to order. Free car parking is a big positive. Overall a good stay! "

"Absolutely fantastic experience. Our balcony room was incredible with the most wonderful view over St Helier. The spa was absolutely brilliant with 4 pools, steam room and sauna all available to hotel guests, and the breakfast was delicious, albeit not an open buffet on weekdays and a limited hot buffet selection at weekends. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall made the experience fantastic. We shall most certainly return."
