"Brief family stay on the way to Australia. Enjoyed the location near two tube stops. Room was clean and tidy and housekeeping were great. Gym and pool good and concierge/door staff very friendly and helpful. Only a personal choice but a good breakfast would have made our stay excellent rather than good. Overall very happy and excellent value for money "

Then When I checked in at 3pm, the usual time. they told me that they can give my request but the room will only be available at 4:30pm, NOT ACCEPTABLE! "Eaton is our favorite hotel in Hong Kong, for good reason. The location is convenient, the hotel has tons of charm, and the staff are always friendly and responsive.
