The only negative I could say to anyone looking is this: If you are not a big city person, you might find it too noisy for you. I did not as I live in a big city. The police station is very nearby, so you will hear a lot of sirens. If this type of thing would bother you, it might not be your pick. But it was perfectly fine for me!"
