"A very beautiful property! Warm staff! Didn’t like the broken elevator which didn’t work for the 5 nights we were here. The walk to and from our room with our bags was not fun on the numerous staircases. We managed though. It’s an expansive labyrinth of hotel rooms, and we Likened it to being in IKEA. "The public area noise was overwhelming, and amplified noise continued each night until at least 11 pm. The food for breakfast left much to be desired, and the dinner options were very limited: either a tired buffet or a pleasant cafe at the water's edge with limited food options. We will not return or advise friends to visit Fleur d'Epee."

"Reception/check-in was pleasant and professional. Zenitude Hotel is divided in two main sections: Clipper and Residence Salako. I was in Clipper. This section requires a lot of renovation and clean-up. The bathroom was unbelievably dirty. There was mouldy grime between the tiles in the shower cubicle and the bathroom floor.I had to buy AJAX and a scrubbing brush to clean it off. The room was not so bad. "Wonderfully tranquil hotel. A million dollar view. Few issues with ants in the balcony. Some communication issues - I was promised an invoice by email but nothing was sent. Additionally, I was charged for 4 breakfasts instead of 3. The staff said they were “unable” to credit my card for the additional breakfast,?which seemed strange to me. Very helpful staff and attentive to requests."

"The resort is ver well staffed- there is always someone to assist with anything you need. They make good use of the very tiny beach but once you are in the resort you are a captive audience- nothing close by for eating, drinking, shopping, etc. we had a car but traffic was challenging and you certainly are not going to drive after a few beers 😳"

"Lovely hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Staff is very kind and helpful. Shout out to Restaurant manager Anthony and Tom and the rest of the staff. One of the front desk staff was help us to book the island tour. We don’t speak French. It’s a bit difficult to book anything on line All in French. Overall we had a good time. "
