"Such a family friendly and unique hotel, staff were lovely, rooms were really nicely finished. Food was great, especially the lobby café. Entertainment for the kids was on another level for a short city break. I was a little worried with the location if it was too far from the main centre, but it was either a nice walk or we made use of the tram stop, located right out the front. Public transport was really straight forward to get everywhere we needed."

"Overall good stay , great location close to the Central station in the centre of Gothenburg. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful at check in, restaurant and bar staff also very pleasant. Minor issues were the AC which we couldn’t switch off and having no hot water on the morning of our check out. However that wouldn’t put me off recommending the hotel to fellow travellers "

"Fantastic stay. Great location. Amazing room - comfortable, clean, huge. I loved the horse lamp on the spacious balcony! Bathroom was modern and well appointed with great toiletries. The bed was sooo comfortable. The shower was tight but great pressure and temperature. Hotel inside is gorgreous and i love all the art everywhere. Breakfast was perfect - huge selection of fresh everything. Will be back again."

"A fantastic stay but as an old hotel, there can be white a walk to get the room so bear that in mind if you have mobility issues. You also have to leave your key at reception any time you go out and ask for it back every time you come back in which is unusual but the desk was always staffed so had no issues there, it's just something to keep in mind. Lovely coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cake available in the lobby and at breakfast. Very helpful and I'm knowledgeable staff. Five minutes walk...

"My room was quiet because the window is with 2 glasses for sound proof, even it's facing the street, where many trams, buses and cars passing by. Right across the train station and public transportation hub. Heating system is good. Clean and cozy. Even my room is not big, it's enough for solo traveler with small luggage. "
