"This is an outstanding Hotel! By far the best and nicest hotel we have stayed at in Indonesia. It is filled with fascinating antiques. The staff bends over backwards and the food in the restaurant was excellent with a huge selection. One person in our party had to go to the hospital and the hotel could not have been more helpful accommodating. They let us feed the fish and the rooms even have a beautiful bathtub. "

"Nice hotel in a great location next to a shopping mall so lots of choice for dining. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The suite was very nice. My only suggestion having stayed at lots of similar places is that there were a few simples things missing in the room that would have helped. No moisturising cream in the bathroom which is generally normal. There was no writing paper and pen/pencil in the room. Also there was a kitchen but no cloth or scourer to clean anything. "Absolutely amazing stay Hotel is just beautiful. I just can’t bear to see exotic fish living in such small bare empty tanks - no plants, no rocks, just emptiness and bright Lights 24/7 thats not how they live in real life. I would prefer to see an incredible statue of picture than the fish in such awful desolate lonely conditions. "
