"Hotel access is inside a shopping mall, which seemed odd to me when booking. After reading a few reviews I realized that this was not an issue. Such easy access to the mall was actually a nice benefit to staying here. The Hotel itself is very nice, clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. Breakfast buffet was very good. The room service was very good. The laundry service was good. The maid service was excellent. The bellhop service was great! I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future. "

"Hotel staff are extremely polite and helpful. Marble decoration everywhere. Room was big with a good view of the center of Ho Chi Minh city. Although it is not a recognizable American brand of hotels, it is better. It is right in the center of the city where all activities happen. Since this hotel was built many years ago, some area are dated. However, hotel staff keep everything clean. Breakfast is the best in town for tourists. Will definitely return. "
