"I only stay for one day on a 13 day vacation. The power went out for more than 12 hours. Furthermore, there was no plumbing when the power went off. No ability to wash your hands or flush the toilet. It felt like being in a “HotBox”!! The hostess said that the power was out city wide, However, in town there was no problem with the power.. I chose this location because of its reviews. Clearly they are not being honest about the reviews.. "

"Everything was amazing from the moment we arrived! The staff was the friendliest group of people we’ve ever met and so very helpful! The grounds were pristine and you constantly saw staff cleaning up. The beach left something to be desired. It was very weedy and had an odor to it that was unpleasant, but the cabanas on the beach and around the pools were a perfect way to spend a lazy day!
