"All excellent except when validating parking on arrival the machine is under cover before the hotel entrance however this area correctly is signed no smoking but people were smoking. I asked them to move which they did eventually but it is disgusting trying to input details whilst being poisoned but cigarette smoke. Shame staff cannot use CCTV to enforce this"

"Passage house apartments is always a comfortable stay. Though the rooms may be dated , I have never had any issues with comfort or things not working. WiFi very reliable. Staff always pleasant. And I can walk to the pub in 5 mins! "
