"I love this hotel...did not know of it until today. Finding myself unable to get on a flight today, having to spend the night in Miami. What a more than pleasant surprise! Cool vibe, classic design and a lovely restaurant. Located in the middle of it all. A place I would like to come back to!"

"Such a unique experience. This property sits on the side of a mountain with beautiful views of Salt Bay. They also have a pool and a bar/restaurant. My favorite staff member worked behind the bar. My husband and I called him Jamaica. This property is lucky to have this man!!! "

"We reserved a walk out beach front room. The grounds, bar and restaurant are all excellent. For swimming it’s a bit rocky, but the resort has a shuttle that will take you to smugglers cove beach where they provide you with chairs and an umbrella that’s about 5 minutes away. A few areas that need improvement. First we had hot water issues around the time getting ready for dinner and before going to breakfast. "The property is an older property that has been updated a few times. It is a nice property; very clean and safe. But you can tell it is older and as with any older hotel, it has wear and tear. The room was clean and the grounds were clean. The beach was nice! We did not use the workout room or pool so we really can’t comment on that. We only ate at the hotel one morning and it was good. "Very convenient location. Local full service grocery store on first floor. Easy walk to downtown. The kitchen is fairly well equipped. A few additions would be helpful, such as a colander and a set of mixing bowls. But, you can make do."

"If you’re staying at the villas or treehouses, just know they’re doing construction (as of Feb 2025), which can be annoying if you plan to stay at your villa between 8:30 AM and 4 PM. Don’t get me wrong this surroundings and areas beautiful and the service is mostly great. Will definitely come again to give it a second chance! "
