"Nice stay near the Greek Peak ski area and Shipwrecks waterpark. We arrived to our room to find it approximately 197°F. We immediately cracked the window, turned off the heat, and engaged the air conditioning device until a more comfortable living temperature was achieved. Staff were friendly. The refrigerator made a bunch of noise. WiFi didn't work that great. The hotel is conveniently located within a short distance of Cortland and Homer which both have quality dining options. "VERY good stop over spot. Hotel very clean, very well appointed. Staff very helpful, professional. Multiple very good restaurants within one mile. Walking distance to gas mart. We had a dog, very welcoming, lots of space to walk. Totally recommend. Would return."

"We needed a place to stay before a ski day at Greek Peak. This hotel is close to the mountain and also several restaurants in Cortland. Property shows age but room was clean and warm on 3 degree night. Reasonable price for a king room and bed and pillows very comfortable! "

"5 college friends stayed here for a weekend and we had an excellent time. Plenty of bedroom space. Very clean. (My friends were pleased that I hooked us up with such a nice place!) Loved having a full kitchen with everything we'd need. I will definitely look into staying there on my next trip to Cortland!"
