"This is my third trip to Madrid over 3 months and I stayed at various hotels. The stay in this hotel was perfect for shopping, eating and going to the theater. In fact, I also went to the Lion King musical, 3 doors down. I like this hotel and as a gold member, my room was upgraded to a club room. The room was large as was the bathroom. The bed was not as comfortable as the other hotels tht I had stayed in but it was ok. Breakfast wasn’t that memorable and could be better. The rooftop terrace and...

"Very simple, convenient stay in a property booked for easy access to Atocha train station. 15 minute walk up one road to the station - couldn't be more direct. Very little interaction with staff but what I did have was fine. Room was clean and comfortable. Only gripe would be a complete lack of anywhere to put anything on...no desk, no chest of drawers. Not a big thing and I know it's 'no-frills' so not a huge issue."

"They describe themselves as a boutique hotel and I would agree. The staff are friendly. They take the time to greet you. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard. They use an eco approach that is built around the client. Breakfast is of a high standard and the gym is well kitted out. And it is conveniently located for transport, shops and sites. Definitely would come here again. "

"High volume hotel. Good option for a short stay. Breakfast is extra and quite good. Bathroom flooring wasn't quite clean. Location is quiet near Retiro Park and ordinary apartment buildings. Close to city Center."

"It’s close to the airport and the rooms are nice. Breakfast was also good. The only bad thing was children playing on the playground outside our room until 11:00 pm"
