"Second time guest, this time there was a annoying external noise. The front persons were too impersonal. My guess is that they are going to be replaced by AI robots, or they already have? Breakfast was fine, but dining food was less appealing. Dry chicken fingers and objectionable pizza crust. Colombian warmth has to be restored, and quality in services is needed. Still, very convenient to the airport. "

"Hotel has an amazing views, the room was spacious and clean. Cindy the lady who cleaned our room was always smiling, and very attentive with all our requests. Breakfast was ok but would be great if they more variarity. Room service was great. I loved the Maki sushi restaurante on the 15th floor. Hotel is walkable distance to the beach and other amenities. Highly recommended!!!"

"I had a lovely time at Zana Hotel. The check-in was efficient, and the staff was friendly. They spoke English. The hotel was small but clean, albeit it shows its age. There was a small outdoor hottub with a view from the 3rd floor. A nice, fresh continental breakfast. But, there are no convenience items, like a mini fridge or microwave. A lovely, budget friendly hotel. The room I had was a basic single, with no window. If you're claustrophobic, get a larger room. I traveled solo, so the space...
