The place is exactly as advertised; a private A/C room in a beautiful home, which has been converted into a hotel with shared public space. Close to old Delhi, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Very busy and loud. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable. We had to check out early, didn’t try the breakfast. "

"I have used Bloomrooms several times. Very convenient for New Delhi station. Rooms are clean and comfortable, if a little small. The facilities are good, with free tea and coffee available, and a good breakfast for an extra payment, but worth it the one day I chose to take it. Check in is a bit fiddly with it mostly being done via mobile phones but it would not put me off using the place again. Bearing in mind its location it is a good option and whilst the area is a little noisy any hotel...

"Booked 4 weeks in advance, travelled 24 hours with 2 kids, got stuck in absolute chaotic queues on the street leading up to the hotel to get told we had no room. In fact we were told we had not made a booking at all, so evidence presented to who we assume was the manager. What he actually does is take your booking and ignore it as he does not know what a planner is or how to pre book rooms. What he looks out for is maximising his revenue from walk in trade.
