"Liked the balance of play and relaxation around the property. The staff was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend it to others. The only thing I would share to others is that the sidewalks and steps can be dangerous, since it is built into a side of a hill. I like the exercise, but other might not. Always wear shoes into the ocean, due to sea urchins, they ruined some people vaca."

"The check in process was easy. Infact when we checked in the A//C was malfunctioning in one of the rooms. We were swiftly moved into another room. Gated parking with security was excellent. The whole hotel is very secure. We appreciate that. The pool is very nice, clean well maintained. The little restaurant attached to the hotel has very good food and affordable. Nice service as well. The rooms and condos in general were very clean and well maintained. Each bathroom was updated very nicely. The kitchen/dinning area and bedrooms are dated. Clean functional in my opinion could use an upgrade. But for the price its a fair trade off. The kitchen is stock with everything you need to cook any meal. The walk to the beach is easy. Very nice beach i may add. As well next to the restaurant is a little super market which is very convenient for the majority of your needs. I did not rate as a 5 believing there is always room for improvement. Overall we had a very nice stay. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to this area. Thank you for making our experience enjoyable."

"One of the best experiences we have had staying at a resort! The minute we got there we were treated like royalty! you will not find a better more attentive and friendly staff anywhere! The place is beautiful,quiet,clean and welcoming. It was perfect for us to getaway from the rat race for a week and and enjoy the surroundings the beautiful pool and the wildlife especially the mango tree full of monkeys!! They have 1 restaurant on the premises and the food is delicious!!! Again we would not hesitate to go back. The staff is one of the biggest reasons for that. Every single one of them we can actually call friends by the end of our trip! We were tired of the "all inclusives" with the sometimes loud and sometimes obnoxious crowds you can get at times! "Fourth visit to this resort, last time was 5 years ago. Excellent service & staff! Some managers remembered us from prior years, that really meant something! Still prefer the buffet to the restaurants. Reception staff kind and accommodating. Two negative things, one was the trash and glasses/plates left around the resort for days, and the trash on the beach, second thing was the lax attitude regarding (lack of) clothes at the dinning places and people smoking right outside of the entrances or vaping indoor (not in designated areas). An adult only option would be nice since children were running around and screaming constantly and hanging out in "adult" areas. Overall appreciate the CR people and beautiful surroundings. Pura Vida!"

"Ileana and her team of staff were remarkable. So kind, helpful, and thorough with any requests. The food service team and chef were also very accommodating when I had an early scuba dive meet up earlier than the normal breakfast start time. The late afternoon and evening entertainment was a lovely addition as well. And you can’t beat the location. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and great local soccer/football right outside the door. "
