"Overall the stay was a very pleasant experience, the staff were warm and professional, a big factor on making this resort very endearing . This boils down to expectations . The room was wonderful but seems lacking in some basic items like slippers or lotion , staff were doing the daily upkept of the pools but failed to notice the loose floorboard or a used diaper lodged on the faux stone wall. Breakfast buffet was just okay and this boils down to again the expectation and no complementary hot...

"Customer service especially in the food are. (Breakfast morning). Cleanliness although there are days that there was no service room attendant. I didn’t like there’s one day, I had been waiting in customer service but they are not paying attention to the Guest. Until one down attendant noticed me and assisted me to the other side of the service desk (concierge) to help me out. But overall, it’s still a great Hotel where I can see myself to stay in the near future."

"Very,nice, staff, incredible. I would recommend this hotel to any one I know.the staff, food, convenience, and attentiveness, is very good. Ace, was a nice person for our escort to sky ranch. Had private walk way for sky ranch. The live music, for breakfast was very nice and took my request's. Pool side, was a guy who’s worked there for 15 years. Given the greatest pool side service. To ourselves. It’s. People like taal vista. The staff, front desk, and room service, I recommend taal resort...

"everything was great! Service of overall staff was excellent. I stayed for about 2 weeks and i got the same service. Hotel is old but it was well kept so some structures can be a bit outdated but cleanliness is really all that matters to me and their cleanliness is five star. THank you for making my stay wonderful =)"

"We had a great time at Quest Hotel. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. It looks like a new hotel in terms of cleanliness and the staff are very helpful. The Baker J is a plus as they serve really good food and pastries. And it helps a lot that the two bigger malls in Tagaytay are surrounding the hotel"

"Air conditioner was too strong and cold. Better to have more adjustable temperature range for Japanese like me. Bathroom wasn’t bad, but adjusting shower temperature to my favorite wasn’t easy. I hope that bathroom has big bottles shampoo and shower gel. Provided gel container was so tiny. Overall staff service was good. They were friendly to us. Thank you."
