Even when we unexpectedly got stuck in the elevator (an issue beyond the hotel’s control), they responded promptly and went above and beyond by sending a thoughtful plate of appetizers to our room as an apology. "Perfect location to be close to the Salt Flats! It's a bit of a distance from Uyuni but if you plan properly, you'll be fine. Staff here take very good care of you. Our bed was small, when we pointed it out they immediately added another bed. The hotel interiors are beautiful and interesting, and try to showcase the local environment. The breakfast buffet was very good, with an egg station. The one thing I wish would be better - the bar menu. The dinner buffet is not well suited for everyone, and the only other option for food is to order from the bar menu, which has very few options. "
