Location was perfect and we were in walking distance to all the great local cafe's and coffee shops as well as perfect location for access to the trams. Room was very comfortable and clean, rooms made up daily for us and great internet WIFI. Comfortable beds and pillows also. Will definitely book again on our next trip to Melbourne. "
