"The service was good. Didik Anugerah from the front office help me to sort my train ticket. He was very helpful and friendly. I feel comfortable ad safe in the hotel. I think I choose the wrong date cause the Hotel was fully booked and lots of children's since its Indonesia school holiday. The room is a bit dated and need improvement on the toilet and the bed.
