"The hotel is a nice 5-star property in Gauhati, one of the few such hotels. Most aspects were good including the nice buffet breakfast. However, the housekeeping staff need better training. After cleaning my room one day, they left only two bath towels (for our two occupants) but no hand towel. When we asked for them, they sent only one hand towel, not two. Also, it seems smoking is allowed in the room and/or in the property. There was some smell that was annoying."
