"Welcoming, accommodating front desk. Room was very spacious - had all amenities I needed. Good hot water in the shower. It's on a major street but has good soundproofing so did not hear traffic. A bit of a distance from the center, about a 20 minute walk to Skandenberg Square, but a pleasant walk with lots of shops and restaurants. Hotel has rooftop pool and a sauna, but I did not use either. Breakfast had some good choices."

"This is an impressive hotel. We pulled into the parking lot and immediately left the property because we thought we were in the wrong place. It is one of the largest buildings in Berat and we thought we had made a mistake when we originally pulled into the parking lot. The hotel was quite quiet this time of year so it seemed a bit empty but we loved our room, the location and the staff were friendly and helpful. We could walk to all the sights we wanted to see while we stayed in Berat. There is a wonderful pedestrian way near the hotel that leads to many coffee houses, bars and restaurants. The castle is less than two km away not counting the walk UP to the castle where the sights are amazing. The provided breakfast was very good with a big variety. Our room was big, comfortable and very clean. This is an excellent choice if you are looking for a place to stay while in Berat."
