This hotel gets 9/10 because of only a couple of small minor inconveniences; firstly no TV remote in room (but I didn't need the TV so no issue), secondly the shower head was little loose meaning it was hard to get under the water. "Super friendly and welcoming staff... particularly Natalie at reception. Breakfast spread was quite diverse, delicious and satisfying. Our son is a professional volleyball player for Dukla Liberec, and the arena was very convenient to get to... thanks for the wonderful stay!"

"The flat was splendid when we arrived. The puytloun hotels itself where the key was obtained was a paradise when we saw it. We didn't know about pytloun prior to the trip. Only issue we had with the apartment there wasn't ventilation prior to our arrival and the whole place had a little smell from the bathrooms. The apartment in itself is an Amazing place to live for a trip. I'd recommend the windows, maybe one, be a little opened before arrival of guests. But It was a lovely place"

"It has a bed and breakfast feel. Very clean, beautiful rooms. Nice kitchen to use. Lovely property and a small pool and play area for young kids. Nice and helpful staff. a 5 min walk from Town Hall with all the shops and restaurants. Only downfall is that some properties in that area are run down and many abandoned. "

"I did not enjoy my stay in Hotel Radnice much. In my opinion, the property is a bit “past it´s expiry date”. To me the equipment seemed old, felt like a trip back to 80’s. Breakfeast was poor, not much to choose from, coffee not particularly tasty. I did not feel like dining in a 4 star hotel. Overall, to me the hotel is a mediocre 3 star, not 4 star at all. I was dissapointed - the cost/benefit ratio was not met for me at all."

"Hotel and surroundings are are lovely. Breakfast selection was very good. The only negative thing was that they have seating area and games in corridor by some of the rooms. I was in one of those rooms. That meant i was woken up numerous times during late evening and night by people playing and being loud. I had called reception twice and after nearly an hour they had asked particularly loud group to move but after thst i gave up calling every time someone was loud. No other room was offered to me. Luckily i was there only 1 night."
