"It was a clean and spacious hotel room. The bed was comfy. It was extremely cold in Philly that weekend, 7 degrees faranheit that felt like in the negatives. And I was so grateful that our room was always warm, being able to change the thermostat to your liking was great. We loved being in walking distance from all the historical sights and right next to the Reading Terminal Market, we got food and beer from there so many times. I also loved that we were close to Love Park and Chinatown! Such an amazing place to stay."

"Wonderful experience. Front desk was friendly and helpful, Samir at the bar was our main man and his nails were fireeeee, and the room was clean and housekeeping was super friendly also. Only issue we had was valet was called and then after 20+ mins they texted saying there was no valet to get our car out - hostage situation. At that point we were already very late to our reso but talked to the guy standing near valet and they quickly got the car. Our friends were there for the reso on time so it was no biggie for us this time around. Other than that, everything was amazing .. will return. Thanks to you all!"

"Came here to go check out an Eagles game. Stores were at walking distance, restaurants at walking distance. Staff was friendly as we asked if we could get a better view of the city and they accepted and accommodated our request. Super friendly and helpful staff. The only complaint I have was my DoorDash was delivered and they downstairs staff did not inform me. I guess the DoorDash is not allowed to deliver to the door. Very unfortunate for I never received my order and paid twice for it! So be aware when ordering. "
