"The front desk staff were kind and thoughtful. The person staffing the breakfast buffet did a great job directing a large group of athletes, helping .y family to get our breakfast quickly and without drama. My only criticism is that there was a black growth on the shower ceiling. "

"The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with good water pressure. However, the entry light needed replacing and the clock radio did not work. Room service did not do the cleaning requested and we had to ask for towels and coffee packets. Service was provided when we asked specifically for these items to be addressed. The pool area was vey disappointing. The ool water was soapy and the hot tub did not work"

"Great! Would definitely book again. Everything is close to the hotel (shopping, food, hiking trails). And most importantly we felt safe."
