"Worst Day of my life..! I stayed last weekend there... Service is really bad. Bedsheets are having many stains, we compelled them to change but staff was saying all of them are having stains. Washroom flush tap is leaking, window handle is broken & many more. Told Couple of times to hotel staff to change our room, no action taken from them. Ask them to provide sleepers, they told us that those were paid ones..!! Really not expected from this from GINGER."

"The stay was good comfortable and clean, no bar at the hotel butmplebtynif bars and restaurants around. The only problem is that only 2 bars / restaurants accepted international visa / mastercard. If you dont have an Indian card then it must be cash which is a pain"

"This is a large, opulent hotel with several restaurants and a very helpful staff. They arranged transportation and a tour guide for our custom itinerary with no hesitation. The club level bar area was well worth the upgrade... delicious food served frequently and the wine was good. The service was the highlight, as they will go out of their way to accommodate you, and make sure you are happy. Highly recommend."
