"Property needs a rehab. Dirty windows (side without Juliet balcony ) Sweet staff, easily overwhelmed during busy times, despite their efforts. Housekeeping staff works hard, but they have to many rooms, which their ability to pay attention to detail. Bar and waitstaff were very sweet. All well intended. Valet staff don’t open doors for you, at 30 dollars a day, plus considerable tipping, which adds up quickly. Also overwhelmed at busy times. Reasonably priced, and across from the beach. No food...

"The property is great and in a great location. The beach is just across a small road. Chairs are available to hotel guests and umbrellas for an additional charge. One of the elevators was out of order and there was painting/work being done on the property. These were inconvenient but not terrible. The room was great and the staff were wonderful. The Spa was spectacular! I’d stay there again. "

"Check in was great. First morning was rough with a rude waiter and a rude front desk. Betty helped greatly and the next couple days were excellent."
